As a best practice, we recommend organizing your issues page into an outline of how you intend to present your case in motions or at trial. This is important because the order you set is mirrored when you run a Facts by Issue report (our report that generates a statement of facts for a motion for summary judgment).

Fortunately, editing the order of your outline is extremely easy. Using drag and drop, you can reorder your outline without deleting or retyping a single word. Simply use your mouse to grab the double bars to the far right of an issue or claim, then drag and drop into whatever order you desire. You can change the order of claims, move issues within claims, or transfer issues between claims.
