Inviting Free Guest Users

Use free guest users to collaborate with people outside of your account.

Casefleet's free guest user feature allows you to collaborate on any case with 2 users outside of your company or firm for free! These users will only be able to work on a single case that you have assigned to them.

To add a guest user to your case, go to the Case Home tab and click the "+" button in the top right corner for adding users.

In the menu that appears you will see the number of guest users remaining on the case: 

Click "Add more users" to open the invitation form. Guests can be invited if they:

  1. Are not members of your company and their email domain reflects this. For example, if my email is user@casefleet.com, I can't invite guest@casefleet.com, but I can invite guest@example.com.

  2. Have not been added to another case in your account. 

After the guest accepts their invitation, they will be assigned directly to your case and can begin work. 

NOTE: Administrators can also invite guest users to your account on the Account Settings > Users page. Any guest users added via this method will need to be assigned to the appropriate case.
