If you're reading this article, chances are you received an invitation to join someone's CaseFleet account as a guest user. If you're unfamiliar with CaseFleet, we are an intuitive case chronology software that simplifies case analysis and collaboration.

As a guest user, you have free access to collaborate on the case you were invited to. Among other things, you'll be able to upload relevant documents, review and create facts from those documents, and run reports.

To access your case, first, open the invitation to join CaseFleet. Then click on the link in the email. You'll be asked to create a password before CaseFleet launches.

When you open CaseFleet for the first time, you should see your case on the dashboard, as shown below:

If for some reason, the case is not visible, try clicking on the "Cases" icon on the left menu bar. If you still don't see your case, contact the user that invited you to join CaseFleet and confirm that they added you as an assigned user to the case.

Now that you have access to your case, learn the basics by watching our Getting Started video and reading these quick articles on collaborating in CaseFleet
