Creating Issue tags

There are two ways to create issue tags while you are working on the Facts page, without having to open the Issues tab. 

The first way to create a new issue tag is to click on the drop-down icon next to the "+Create Fact" button and select "Create Issue" from the list. In addition to creating a new issue tag, you can attach the issue to an existing claim in your case or create a new claim by simply typing it in the Claim field. 

The second way to create a new issue tag from the Facts page is by clicking on the fact row (or the pencil icon to the right of the fact) to open the fact form, as shown below. Then click the +New Issue button. Alternatively, you can select pre-existing issues from the drop-down menu.
