Chat History and Navigation
Your AI Assistant maintains separate chat histories for each case, displayed chronologically in the chat sidebar on the left. Click on any past conversation to reopen it and review the complete exchange, including AI responses and citations.
To clean up your history, hover over any conversation entry and click the delete icon to remove conversations that are no longer relevant.
Managing Conversations
Starting Fresh: Click + New Chat in the top-left corner to begin a new conversation while preserving your chat history.
Switching Cases: Click change case to work on a different case without closing the chat window. Your conversations remain saved in their respective case histories.
Pop-out Window: You can pop the AI Assistant into its own separate window for easier multitasking and screen management.
Context Usage Management
Monitor your usage at the bottom of the chat interface, which shows both the AI credits used in the conversation and percentage of context used. Extended conversations consume more context as the AI maintains awareness of the full conversation history.
When context usage nears 100%, consider starting a new chat to optimize performance. The AI will still access all your case documents and data but with fresh conversational context.
