Guest users allow you to invite users outside of your firm to a case for free! These users will only be able to work on a single case that you have assigned to them.

To add a guest user to your case, go to the Case Home tab and click the "+" button in the top right corner for adding users.

In the menu that appears you will see the number of guest users remaining. 

Click "Add more users" to open the invitation form. Guests can be invited if they:

  1. Are not members of your firm and their email domain reflects this. For example, if my email is user@casefleet.com, I can't invite guest@casefleet.com, but I can invite guest@example.com.
  2. Have not been added to another case in your firm's account. 

After the guest accepts their invitation, they will be assigned directly to your case and can begin work. 

To remove a guest user from a case, click on the "+" button in the top right corner of the case home page, locate the user in the menu that appears and click the 'x' button to the right user's name.
