NOTE: CaseFleet's full-text search feature is available as part of our Standard and Enterprise plans. Account Administrators can upgrade from the Starter to the Standard plan in Account Settings > Subscription.

To search the text of a single document, launch the Document Reviewer and click the "Search" icon (magnifying glass) in the menu bar. You can also use the keyboard shortcut CTRL/CMD+F to open the reviewer sidebar, and the Esc key to close it.

In the search sidebar, enter your query and click "Search" or press Enter on your keyboard. A list of matching results will populate in the sidebar.

You can navigate to a result by clicking on it in the list. Alternatively, you can use the up/down arrows on your keyboard and press Enter to jump to the location of the hit within your document.

To close the search sidebar, click the search icon again so it returns to gray, or hit the Esc key.
