Meet Casey: Your AI Assistant in Casefleet

Your AI Assistant has been renamed to Casey. Here's where to find it, how to navigate the new menu, and where your previous chats went.

Written by Ann Tindog

Casefleet's AI Assistant has a new name: Casey.

While the name and interface have changed, the AI features you already know are still here. Casey is the same AI Assistant you've been using, now with an updated look and a more streamlined experience.

What's Changed?

The biggest change is how you access the AI Assistant.

Instead of the previous interface, Casey now lives in the right-hand sidebar of your Casefleet window.

You'll also notice a version of the Casefleet logo with two animated eyes that occasionally blink—that's Casey!

Accessing Casey

To open Casey:

  1. Locate the right-hand sidebar in your Casefleet window.

  2. Click the left-pointing arrow to expand the AI Assistant panel.

  3. Casey will open and be ready to help with your case.

Your existing AI conversations haven't been deleted or reset.

They've simply moved to the new Casey interface. You can access all of your previous chats from the Conversations menu.
