Toggling Between Multiple Accounts

How to switch between multiple CaseFleet accounts to which you've been added as a user.

Sometimes you may work with another CaseFleet account on a shared case or project. To collaborate with another CaseFleet user outside your account, the account "owning" the case will need to invite you as a free guest user, providing you access to the specific case within their account.

Once you've accepted the email invitation to join their account, you can quickly toggle between either account by clicking your Account Name in the top toolbar. A drop-down will appear indicating all Accounts to which you have been added as a user:

NOTE: This feature is only available when the same email address is used for different user accounts.
